Tinder Users Looking for Actual Relationships?

Yeah, so this is a thing.
Apparently, as many as 80% of Tinder users – Tinder being the app that helps you find local singles (not in a creepy way) – are looking for the long term. Which is odd, given the way you go about finding people on the app. You essentially swipe right or left if you like the person or not, as their picture is displayed; if you both swiped right then you can talk to each other.
Odd to think that the majority of people who use the site aren’t looking for a one date fling. The CEO Sean Rad said:
He said: “A series of things you’re going to see that will help you make more sense of the sheer volume of people around you and build deeper connections… and more ways to connect.”
The changes come as part of other moves by the app away from the casual dating market, to a service for more long-term relationships.
So… if you’re lonely or looking for love, download Tinder! Have your profile read and judged on face value by strangers.
